Your Wearable Data, Tracked
Wellnest syncs with Fitbit, Oura Ring, and other wearables to display heart rate, HRV, blood pressure, oxygen levels, sleep, and activity in one clean view. Your data updates continuously, not just during a doctor's visit.

Keep Family in the Loop
Add family members as contacts. When a reading falls outside the normal threshold, they get an SMS notification so they can follow up. No app required on their end.

A Direct Line to Your Provider
Invite your doctor or caregiver to your monitoring view through the Wellnest provider portal. Give them continuous access to your vitals so conversations are better informed and nothing gets missed between visits.

You're Always in Control
You decide who receives alerts and who has portal access. Grant or revoke at any time. Wellnest never sells your data.

What’s new

This release adds the vitals features that were previously only available in development, including floors climbed, distance, and calories. All Health Connect permissions requested by the app are now fully reflected in the app's features and visible to users.
