Like the app .Over all it is very easy to use. Like the "instant balance" feature. Mobile deposit is really convenient. Banking with this app is so easy I rarely physically "go" to the bank... except for drive thru ATM. Updated 7/3/20 Like when it works. Over last several months, app has not always worked well. Doesnt always recognise fingerprint. Many "error" messages, especially "not connected to internet" when I am connected then locks out after too many "attempts to log-in". Frustrating...

Only had to take 18 photos of the same check, 9 of the front and 9 of the back, to get one to be able to "read the bottom numbers of the check." By far the hardest to use mobile app of the three banks I use apps from, and this one isn't even close to the other two. Just go to your local branch and see the friendly folks there instead; it will take the same amount of time! Edit: still the least user friendly mobile banking app of the three banks I use, five years later.

By accident I recently updated this app. What a huge mistake! I can no longer make mobile deposits with my phone! I cannot get the bank's app to focus the check, so it is rejected everytime! I am quite frustrated! I spoke with various people at Westbury about this issue, but got nowhere! I felt like noone cared!
