About this app

Finding a date for a group usually means asking everyone when they are free, and then reading a long thread of "Tuesday works, unless…". WhenNOT turns the question around: everyone crosses out the days they can't make, and the day left standing is your date.

PLAN SOMETHING
• Pick a date range and how many days in a row you need, or switch to times of day for a call.
• Share the link or a QR code, or invite people by email.
• See the best dates rank themselves as answers come in, with who is out on every day.
• Confirm the date in one tap. Everyone who answered hears about it and can add it to their calendar.

ANSWER IN SECONDS
• Tap a day, or drag across a whole week, to cross it out. Mark a day as "maybe" when you are not sure.
• Let the calendar on your phone cross out busy days for you. It is read on the phone and never uploaded.
• Time-slot polls show every time in your own time zone, with the organiser's clock beside it.
• Change your answer any time until the date is confirmed.

BOOKING PAGES
• Let people book a call with you at times your calendars say you are free.
• See every booking with both clocks: your time and your guest's.
• Need to move a call? Ask your guest for a new time and offer a few options. They pick one; nobody chases anybody.
• Cancel, check details and join the video call from the Bookings tab.

ALWAYS UP TO DATE
• Home shows what needs you first: invitations to answer, your next bookings and the plans you are running.
• Notifications for new bookings, changes, reminders and new answers, each with its own channel.
• Home screen widgets and a live update count you down to your next call.
• Works offline: answers you paint are kept and sent when you are back online.

Sign in with Google, with Apple, or with your email address and a one-time code. No password. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
