I find the app really easy to use and all the information you would need is there. I have just knocked one star off as I would love to have more breakfast options available (ie, one full breakfast and one continental etc. rather than all full or all continental). Edit - I think you have more choice on your breakfast options now, so up to five stars!

Couldn't get past the privacy screen initially! Suspected it might he because I have a larger default font size as I don't possess teenage eyes any more. Got my reading glasses and turned the font size right down and suddenly an "accept" button appeared and I could finally log in abd use the app. Turned thr font size back up and it still works for now. Better testing clearly required by the app developers.

Id leave zero stars if I could. How can you have an app start on a privacy policy screen but leave you with no option to accept/decline or anything. No way off this screen no matter how many times I unistall/reinstall/clear data and clear cache. It's just stuck on the privacy policy page with no option to move forward. Poor show Whitbread...Especially as your mobile website isn't much better either!
