Since I've completed my fitting I can say, still, the app does its job flawlessly. I'm currently using skeleton molds as the hearing aids don't stay in my ears. I would, however, like the ability for the tone link app to be able to switch between zen+ programs, unless it's my hearing aids that are to blame. Other than that I'm happy.

I personally use this app as a Bluetooth connection, from my hearing aides, to my phone. Instruction manual and information passed on by my physician at Bloom Hearing very easy to follow and use. The app has a wide range of options, from volume adjustment, to full surround sound, front or back only sound receiving. You also have the option of only hearing from one ear, great for that selective hearing, when you can see the lips moving, but don't want to hear the words. Life changer. 5 out of 5.

This app I've only had for 5 days and it's now the second time I've had to uninstall then reinstall for it to work. Most frustrating since the volume in my hearing aid seems very low (despite a new battery put in). The rating of 3.8 didn't inspire confidence and I am waiting on my remote, which is on back order. Please fix this issue, as it is extremely annoying. Thank you.
