Update: I managed to solve with their support. However, I still think the app should not oblige people to contact support, at least to get refund Installed the app, went through the registration process, paid the registration fee and shortly after I got an email saying my account was suspended, without providing any reason, and that I should contact their support by phone or email. I consider this inappropriate. At least they should offer an option for immediate refund of the registration tax.

The app gradually became better, although it still lacks some of the functionality of the old Sharenow app (no user levels, no gamification, no achievements, etc.)

Worst care sharing app I ever had the misfortune to use the cars are overpriced and logs me out all the time then I didn't remember the password and when I tried to request a reset of my password it never sent an email
