DO NOT USE RCS!!!! absolutely ridiculous! I am so over trying to even use this app a year ago I sorted out login details after it took you guys almost 6 months to sort out my account. now I must re-register all over. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone!!! Should actually give you a 0, you have just referred my complaint to a chatbot! I mean how ridiculous and incompetent do you get??? I'm updating this, because again, send a message we will assist you??? still no assistance.

Horrible. Locked out and never allowed to access app again. Notice says I exceeded my liveliness attempts. Call center operators failed to assist and keep giving me different and conflicting reasons. This has been going on for over a year now. Very frustrating.

I havw done my Liveliness authentication telephinically. The call centre was very helpfull. but what a struggle. now after the app was down for a while, trying to use it again, and yet again I have a Liveliness problem. also when typing in my login details, the info geta hidden under the keyboard. pls advise your software developer that the design is not good and also this system with liveliness is not working.
