I downloaded this app hoping that I can keep track of my RCS account payments and balances. But after 2 months this app is still not working!!! I phoned the helpline number and they just say sorry the app and the website login self service is still down and being worked on. I'm shocked that it's been 2 months and still not sorted!? Very unprofessional in my opinion. App and online self service should rather be shut down if it's just going to be there for show and you can't even use it!

App had stopped working. At 1st, it told me it's needs an update, went to update but there is no update. The Pay Account, view deals etc not opening. Try to sign in and get an Error message "NO INTERFACE FOUND". Uninstalled app & re-installed but now it's stuck on the RCS opening page. Having issues with RCS group since the past few months. Payments made via eft aren't being found by the company. They then want to charge collection fees, etc

For me the app is so useless because I can't even see my whole account information on the app. I can only see a small top part right on top. At the bottom I cannot even see my total due for the month. I advice you to come up with a better layout, I guess that one day you come Up with a better ideas for an app, Colours are perfect but it's hard to see other information.
