It dials every other number, or it fails to dial a number. when it doesn't dial correctly, it erases the number I dialed and takes me back to the keypad to redial. Every person who left a voice message sounds like they're far from the phone or muffled. Dealing with these issues and working from home, I missed my dead lines because the app is acting up. When it works and cooperates, then it is a great experience. I never been more frustrated working from home more than ever! I am very upset.

This app is terrible! For almost 6 months it worked without a data plan then it stopped. Just a week ago it started working again without data then I logged on this morning and it's idiling. Every employee I have talked to complains about this app. The company needs to switch back to original. Phone sometimes ring and there is a busy signal at the same time it's ringing. Barely tracks recent calls, you have to constantly keep refreshing. The app is useless if you work remotely.

This app frequently fails to make calls. Our IT guy has worked extensively with their customer support, but have not been able to get the app to work consistently. This affects many people in our organization across different phone types and operating systems .
