This app is terrible! For almost 6 months it worked without a data plan then it stopped. Just a week ago it started working again without data then I logged on this morning and it's idiling. Every employee I have talked to complains about this app. The company needs to switch back to original. Phone sometimes ring and there is a busy signal at the same time it's ringing. Barely tracks recent calls, you have to constantly keep refreshing. The app is useless if you work remotely.

Terrible app. I get none of the calls I receive when WFH (yes, its configured to fwd my calls to my cell). Also, even though my phone is always on vibrate, when it a call DOES come though, it rings at the loudest setting possible.

0 stars. Very frustrating and disappointing. It doesn't work the days I WFH. It only gets a connection when I'm in the office and my cellphone is near my desk phone. I've check all of my settings and can't get it to work properly at home.
