The only problem I have with wingo is that buying a ticket can be tricky because they auto-add options, such as seat selection and baggage, and it's not immediately clear how to switch the options off, having to hunt through the page to see what's adding the additional fees and how to remove. Good experience with the airline otherwise. Cancun to Medellin and back twice now. No problems for me or anyone else on the flight. Easy going, no stress.

Technical failure costs you money. I tried multiple times to pay for my carry-on bag through the app, but it kept showing a "currency not supported" error. Instead of helping, the staff in Bogota charged me $80—way more than the online price. They penalize customers for their own app's bugs. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support.

last update has been a nightmare, after you set a future travel up, this is disappeared some days after such set up. Even when travel day have not arrived. This is happening to me not only one time but several. Also, search for booking a new travel is a waste of time because this app never runs.
