The only problem I have with wingo is that buying a ticket can be tricky because they auto-add options, such as seat selection and baggage, and it's not immediately clear how to switch the options off, having to hunt through the page to see what's adding the additional fees and how to remove. Good experience with the airline otherwise. Cancun to Medellin and back twice now. No problems for me or anyone else on the flight. Easy going, no stress.

Impossible to buy a ticket. Tried on the website and on the app. Tried with 3 different cards and also with different currencies. Nothing worked. Wingo is throwing money away or is making it impossible for foreigners to buy the ticket.

Don't buy domestic flights from Wingo, my flight delayed on 3 hours and I got this info only when I was in gate D, in 1 hour before flyight. All other flight to my destination from Bogota but with different companies was on time, and I had so many options without delay.
