Support reagiert schnell, die Verifizierung hat zwar etwas länger gedauert, wurde aber innerhalb weniger Tage freigeschaltet! Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich!

Von 5 Sternen auf 1 ! Alte Karte abgelaufen was ja kein Problem wäre , für die neue Karte muss man sich neu verifizieren was auch erledigt wurde , nun läuft seit über einer Woche die KYC Verifizierung, keine Nutzung der Karte möglich! Support antwortet auch nicht ! Das war es für mich !

Ich finde es schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit mehr gibt um mit dem Support direkt im live zu chatten. Ich habe seit November eine Sperrung weil meine Verifizierung nicht geklappt hat und habe mehr als 10 mails gesendet leider bis jetzt keine Lösung oder Unterstützung von Wirex Support bekommen. Ich kann weder crypto kaufen noch verkaufen.
