About this app

Lift Log is a simple, fast, and powerful workout tracker for strength training, weightlifting, bodybuilding, gym workouts, home workouts, and progressive overload.

Log exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest time, and notes while you train. Lift Log helps you stay focused during every workout and makes it easy to see what you lifted last time, what weight to use next, and how your strength is improving over time.

Use Lift Log as your personal gym log, fitness journal, strength tracker, workout planner, and exercise history app. Track training volume, best sets, personal records, muscle balance, and exercise trends without complicated spreadsheets or bloated fitness apps.

Create custom exercises for dumbbells, barbells, machines, cables, kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight training. Save workout templates, start sessions quickly, use the rest timer after each set, choose kilograms or pounds, and import or export your workout history.

Whether you train for strength, muscle gain, hypertrophy, general fitness, powerlifting, or consistent progress, Lift Log gives you a clean way to record every session and get stronger week after week.

I needed something faster than my notes app, and Lift Log fits that. I can add exercises, weights, reps, and rest time without getting lost in menus. The session flow is smooth, so I actually log consistently. Seeing my last workout’s numbers helps me choose the next weight without second guessing. Progress feels easier to track when the app is this quick.

Lift Log’s exercise history is exactly what I was missing. I can see what weight I used last time and how many reps I managed, which makes dialing in the next session much easier. It also makes it clearer which lifts are improving and which ones are stalling. I train mostly strength and hypertrophy, and the tracking keeps me honest without spreadsheets. The UI is straightforward and stays out of the way.

I work out at home with dumbbells and bands, so the ability to create custom exercises matters. Lift Log lets me set up movements that actually match my routine, and I can log sets and reps the same way I would in the gym. The notes section is helpful for things like tempo and how an exercise felt that day. Overall it matches my setup and keeps my training records clean.
