Thank you, developers, for taking note and reversing the previous decision that was made in error. I got my account back and I'll be using it to save money and earn tickets . I'm giving yall a 3 because I do like the app's UI, and the perks. However, the hassle over a simple mistake was stressful, plus the response times of the weekend team was maybe once an hour and then slowed down. Plus it was the weekend team who made the error of trying to close my account. Yotta has much improvement to do.

This app is pretty good, but sometimes it feels like I'm being pressure into depositing more money because the app can't do math. This last major update to streaks is really quite bad, confusing, and like I have to trust something that displays incorrect data to properly hold on to my information. That's a bad feeling.

I love this app - I use it as my primary savings and am considering using the debit card functions, but that will probably happen when they have a joint option. I really love the idea of tickets instead of APR and even though I've never actually gotten a big win, it's more enjoyable and more compelling to me than my chase savings for example.
