WiTopia was an early VPN pioneer, earning rave reviews for operational quality, user-friendliness and exceptional support. Its operational performance eventually lost much of that mojo while credible competition ramped up. But lately it's been moving towards the head of the pack with a serious PC upgrade. That was complemented this month by a long-overdue overhaul for Android. On our Note 10+ devices with Android v10, the v1.0 app loaded flawlessly and without fuss. Operation is comparable, utterly straightforward with plenty of location choices, a kill switch and other goodies. Another significant improvement, especially for the standard version, is that it and the pro version alike connect solely by IKEv2, which is racetrack fast and effectively bypasses firewalls; no longer to you have to pay extra for best results. The downside for many users is that the app doesn't yet allow for custom gateways, which are needed for WiTopia to circumvent the firewalls of Netflix, the BBC and others. I asked support about this, and they suggest this is forthcoming. Hope so, because that feature is essential if WiTopia is to return to genuine top-drawer status. Five stars on the assumption this is going to take place.

I"ve been using Witopia over 10 years and it's always getting me connected with fast and secure links. The best part of this app is that it allows me to get connections across multiple OS, from Android, iOS, Mac, to Windows and it doesn't matter how big your screen size is. When I need help Witopia's technical support always give me a great hand! Definitely the best VPN!

One problem. this is a first great program but just recently has ceased to work using any Android device. IOS is fine. I've contacted support and they promised to assist so I will modify this review Once I hear back from them. hopefully very soo need developers promptly fix the problem and all it's working well now. I recommend this software.
