I'm getting ready to uninstall this app. I'm giving it another week and if the notifications of what time the weather is coming on 4 to 6 times a day don't stop it's gone. I've tried changing some notification settings today is the only reason I'm giving it any longer. On top of the unnecessary notifications, if I get a notification and read it, when I clear it I don't need it to immediately pop back up and give me the same notification again.

Ugh. Way too many notifications. Half the time they don't pop up and it just makes that obnoxious sound. Usually twice in a row. When it does show the notification its just to tell the weather will be on at such n such time. If I wanted to watch the weather then I wouldn't have the "first alert" weather app. Legit thinking about finding something else at this point and deleting this one

Big sigh! This is written during the big weather even at the wnd of January 2026. According to the national and local weather apps and websites, there hasn't been a moment today when it should have looked like a snowstorm or been snowing outside. And, yet, it has been snowing nonstop all day. Clearly, local weather service is pointless, because no one is actually doing the job, they're just letting the AI make-INCORRECT- predictions. I expected better from our local media.
