Fantastic app that has helped me a lot! I struggle with anxiety, depression, and OCD, but Woebot has been a big help. I've actually found myself catching negative thoughts and reframing them on my own now, even when I'm not using the app. It's also completely free! Two suggestions: maybe add a way to save the rewrites of our distortions so we can look back at them, and make a dedicated "past lesson" section so it's easy to look over old lessons. The current system is clunky there.

It's a good app for what it's trying to do. Some of the dialog can get repetitive; especial the dialog related to dealing with anxiety in the moment, making it slightly less helpful. I have also wound up in dialog loops that can get frustrating. Woebot is exclent for when you need to work through something and don't want to bother a person, but it is (understandably) limited. Addressing the repetitive dialog problem would a much better app. Still it's a good app to have.

This is a good CBT companion. It's helpful because it's always available and can help you identify and review topics that you can use as tools. I like that I can check-in daily, and be reminded of topics, can process a thought (or several) and learn new tools. Two "downsides" are 1) it doesn't count a check-in before it's daily times reminder, so it loses track of streaks and 2) it's an AI program, so it can struggle on some responses, and you sometimes have to choose a close enough answer.
