Ratings and reviews

Books started going missing, whether they are marked as read, saved or in progress. There is only one generic message displayed that the title is not available in the user's region, eventhough it is localized to the region and has been available in the past.

terrible. no book works, the sound does not work. 0 stars will stick with Audible. I wanted a romanian books app but this app is terrible. will cancel my subscription

This app is advertised as free or promotional, but after the trial period ended, money was taken from my account without my clear consent. The charges were for premium features I never requested or used. There is no working option to cancel the subscription in the app, and customer support was unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. This is misleading, unethical, and unacceptable behavior.
