Useful app, but immense software issues. Purchased yearly plan and after few days I was logged out and unable to login. Reset password function not working also. Tried clearing cache, deleting data, reinstalling app, nothing works. Even worse, if not logged in cannot access support through the app. If this issue is not resolved is a total waste of money L.E. tried contacting support on the website and is not working. looks like a dead app

App is nice, works fine. But this feels like a scam, I agreed to a low price subscription, it tried to deduct 10x that price from my card, fortunately blocked. I tried to cancel my subscription, but it says I'm on a free plan for 2 months now. Still repeatedly tries to charge me the 10x amount. So I guess, there is no solution, I can't delete my account and have no idea, why does it try to charge me.

Hey! The app is great. Can you please add the 15s forward/back button on the android auto version? They would be very helpful. Also, when the app open in android auto, its stuck on "loading you selection". The only way to make the book start is to open the app in your phone and start it from there. Besides this 2 improvements/glitches... great app...
