Update: Still awful and this is 6 months later. Why can't you deactivate the app until you can bring out a better one that actually works!? The app is soooooo slow! Please sort it out. It takes ages to go between items. It takes ages for the cart to update. It is a mess.

Ridiculously slow. Won't let me log in, i know I have my email and password right. I'm wondering if it's cuz they don't want me to get points along with free shipping (u get free shipping on app but if ur logged in on the online website u get ur points) I've sent literally 30min tryna log into the app to pay for an order, I'm never wasting my time on here again. Better to just order online than download this

very slow app, and everytime i log in all my data order is deleted, i want to return one order but i can't, because no matter how much i give the order number the app can't find it , I'm very disappointed
