TAKK-för-maten is a recipe app that uses images, video sequences, text, speech and characters to show how to cook food. The app TAKK-för-maten is unique of its kind and the first digital recipe book with both pictures, videos, speech and TAKK (signs as supplementary communication).

THANKS for food makes everyday life easier and makes cooking clear, fun and inspiring. The recipe app simplifies cooking for everyone who benefits from using TAKK in their communication.

TAKK-för-mat has been developed in collaboration with reference and test groups, the target group has a large influence on the end result. At first, four recipes with filmed step-by-step instructions supplemented with THANK YOU were produced. Now the recipe app has been supplemented with 40 new recipes.

The TAKK-for-food is available for smartphones, tablets and the web.
