How does it work?

1. Sign up and schedule an appointment
Download the app, share your recovery goals, and choose a time to meet with a provider. It only takes a few minutes.

2. Meet your provider
Connect via video with a licensed clinician who listens without judgment. If appropriate, they’ll prescribe medication to your local pharmacy.

3. Get ongoing support
If you’re in a Core program, you’ll join follow-up appointments with your provider and care team. Build recovery skills and get support from others on a similar path.

Is insurance accepted?
Yes, Workit Health's Core program accepts many commercial plans, plus Medicaid and Medicare in select states. Self-pay is available for both Core and Flex.

Workit Health’s providers are licensed clinicians devoted to harm reduction, so they really listen and support all recovery goals. I didn't know apps like WorkIt Health existed, I'm glad they do. I am so used to the clinical settings of MAT meds. The monthly visit to the provider, drug screens at a lab, separate individual therapy sessions with another provider, and then the group sessions at another location. Obviously, it was incredibly exhausting. I didn't realize it until I was forced to find another provider for my medication. Everything is at my fingertips with workit! The providers are fantastic!

i had a really hard time getting my account set up initially because it let me leave something blank that apparently should have been filled out, then just wouldn't let me finish setting it up or tell me what the problem was. I had to call CS and have them finish the process on their side. when using the app, the keyboard blocks the entire typing area, making it impossible to see what you're writing and hard to correct typos.

I've had some issues, but my experience has improved some. I liked how fast they got me in when I first applied. I had issues where they accused me of overtaking my medication when I asked for a refill over a week passed the date I was due, but once I corrected them, they sent it in. never apologized, though. I like that there's support groups. I do not like that most of the appts are group appts. sometimes you just dont want to tell your business to everyone. would &have recommended
