WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

Transactions are slow compared to other platforms. also customer service is horrible, does not share vital information regarding what type of transactions are allowed. There is no in-app indication of different account type either. Test transactions are usually reversed within minutes in other card providers, but the worldfirst card just show it as pending and support doesn't reply to the query.

Honestly, USELESS APP and SERVICE EVER. This has been a very frustrating experience. The verification process takes 7–8 days, and then I receive an email saying my documents could not be verified, so the account cannot be activated. When I contact support afterward, I only get a vague response saying, “For some activities, we are unable to activate your account.” I had just opened the account and had not even started using it properly yet.
