WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

Worse experience ever. It is over 2 month trying to get my account verify. When I applied for verification, it takes more than 10 days when I chat them, then they will immediately decline my application and ask I apply again. If this last one doesn't work then I won't bank with you. I can't beg you to bank with you. It's for your own interest. Worse international bank ever. Waste of time and efforts

it's very difficult to submit files for verification ,it keeps returning back to the dashboard for days now I've been on thesame thing ,not encouraging at all.
