don't know what they changed but it doesn't work anymore. I used it last year when I was in Paris and it worked fine. this year it prompted me to update, stating I had to update, and now it keeps closing instantly without me knowing why. I think I had 1 or 2 tickets loaded inside the previous version, now they are inaccessible

Utter rubbish. Don't bother. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get your payment method registered, but even if you succeed, don't be surprised if your purchased tickets get lost. It has one job and it fails at it

I bought tickets but couldn't see them in the Navigo app so thought they were lost. However another user review says "This app is an add-on, and you will not see it on your phone. Once you buy your ticket, it creates a digital message and your phone *is the ticket*. Simply place your phone near the ticket reader at the turnstiles or on the vehicle. There is nothing you have to bring up on your screen to show or scan." So I'll try doing that. But it's a very unintuitive way for an app to work.
