If you want to find out how to find your tickets with this app, read on. This app is an add-on, and you will not see it on your phone. Once you buy your ticket, it creates a digital message and your phone *is the ticket*. Simply place your phone near the ticket reader at the turnstiles or on the vehicle. There is nothing you have to bring up on your screen to show or scan. The app is a frustrating user experience, but it does work and is simple once you understand.

On several occasions the tickets failed to load. In the bonjour ratp I can see there's a ticket remaining but barriers won't open with nobody to help. Also once you enter and immediately exit (e.g to get a forgotten item), it doesn't let you back in though the ticket should have been valid for 90 minutes. Overall their software bug can leave you trapped inside a deserted station.

Claims to be installed and can be opened manually via its icon, but does not work in combination with APPs which use it for the purchasing of tickets (Bonjour RATP, IDF Mobilites, SNCF Connect). Those APPs claim My Navigon Tickets is not installed or needs to be updated (although the latest version is installed and any update attempt consequently fails). Would be nice if this was tested a bit better before it is released.
