overpriced and complicated. The 5 day Paris visit was over €300 for 4 people, you also can only have one ticket per phone which means you have to buy each ticket on a different device. You have to install another useless app too for it to work. Paying so much for a terrible train line should be illegal and completely ruins the metro trips. I will never be using this terrible app until they fix it, if that means I won't come back to France then so be it

Downloaded this app in July as an add on requirement when I purchased my navigo pass on sncf connect. Loaded my pass on my phone as usual but it doesn't work now eventhough I have tried everything. I meant why did you change something that already worked well and just created unnecessary issues for users? I really don't understand!

Utter rubbish. Don't bother. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get your payment method registered, but even if you succeed, don't be surprised if your purchased tickets get lost. It has one job and it fails at it
