I bought tickets but couldn't see them in the Navigo app so thought they were lost. However another user review says "This app is an add-on, and you will not see it on your phone. Once you buy your ticket, it creates a digital message and your phone *is the ticket*. Simply place your phone near the ticket reader at the turnstiles or on the vehicle. There is nothing you have to bring up on your screen to show or scan." So I'll try doing that. But it's a very unintuitive way for an app to work.

I installed this app as it was required by SNCF connect to buy online metro tickets, hopping to avoid the long que in a time of need. To my surprise it worked for the first ticket I bought. However later in the same day it did not work for the second ticket I bought for the return journey. Even worst, the second ticket seems to have disappeared. I would not recommend this app. It's not reliable nor trustworthy. Especially with expensive passes...

Despite all the promises of this being an add-on app that has to be installed but not active, the only way I could get my ticket validated on a bus was to have this app open as I tapped it on the pad. Why could I not just tap my contactless card instead of installing two counter-intuitive apps, registering twice, paying and then having to open all the apps, just to get on a bus. Not a friendly system at all.
