With My Navigo Tickets application, your transport card and its tickets are digitalized on your mobile !

This application is an extension to your transit application and therefore requires its prior installation.

My Navigo Tickets digitalizes your transport card so you can load and validate your tickets directly with your transit app.
To use your tickets, simply touch your smartphone on the contactless readers at the gates or on the buses and trams.
Please note that uninstalling the application or deleting its data will erase the tickets it contains.

My Navigo Tickets application is compliant with NFC smartphones running Android 8.0 and above.

don't know what they changed but it doesn't work anymore. I used it last year when I was in Paris and it worked fine. this year it prompted me to update, stating I had to update, and now it keeps closing instantly without me knowing why. I think I had 1 or 2 tickets loaded inside the previous version, now they are inaccessible

does not read tickets stored in phone and there are no staff to help you in the Paris stations. get the plastic card instead and load it using the machines which have instructs in several languages.

Nothing Phone 2 / Nothing OS 4 / Android 16 It just doesn't work. RATP scams their user with a 14€ ticket transfert with the airport. NFC doesn't work, they dont refund, I had to buy a second one with a card (+2€). 30€ to get to the airport. what a joke, you should be ashamed. whoever is in charge of this fiasco should personally refund the users. 1 star is too much.
