I ordered a custom skin. The first one they sent had an orientation issue. I complained, and after the complaint, they sent me a new one with the correct orientation free of charge. So, thank you for that. The service is good, and the quality of the custom back skin for my Samsung S23 is excellent.

WrapCart uses misleading product names and overpriced addons. I paid ₹400 extra for a “Keypad + Lid sheet” and received a thin strip that doesn’t even cover the keyboard. Calling this a keypad addon is deceptive. Delivery was delayed, tracking was fake for days, and support kept looping excuses like “refund not possible”. Missing items were casually ignored. This is classic dark-pattern marketing. Once you pay, you’re on your own. Avoid. Not worth the money or stress.

I got a skin for xiaomi pad 7, and the quality was really great! it felt super premium.. and there was a small issue with the cutout at the bottom, it was lacking by 3mm or so.. but nothing a small hairdryer/heatgun can't solve
