Ratings and reviews

This app is just plain bad compared to other apps with similar functions. Basic stuff is missing such as being able to manually control devices. Yes, you can go in and hit a preset. You can hit record and swap between presets to make a "custom" pattern, but you can't just grab a knob and do what you want. What even is the point of the app? Also, because of this, if you have a device with two functions, you can't control them individually. C'mon man.

When I open the app it tells me there's a software update. When I click YES to update, it states; Item Not Found, and offers me a Hot Air Ballon game to play while I wait. It's been two days. There is a button to Try Again, but that does nothing, and there's no way out other than completely closing out of the app, and trying again, with the same result. Can we have this fixed please, the app used to work just fine.

this app sucks. the Bluetooth connection isn't good and cuts out all the time. now let's say yall are in a different location, you have to request to access the toy even though its linked to your account so you cant let her keep it in and randomly turn it on to surprise the other person. honestly buy a different toy that dosnt require this app.
