I bought several different cameras this one is the worst of the bunch. Mostly due to the app. Its terrible at detecting humans often looking away or tracking the wrong direction. The app has no way of showing you where there are probable events. If I set with a lower threshold then it misses most movements all together. The app has no way of speeding up play back so no quick way to scan through the mountains of worthless recordings. It's only positive is the video quality which is pretty good.

The technical service assistant is very helpful to assist in any issues. If email can't help to solve it, they are fine to use Whatsapp or Wechat to ease communication to solve the issue

The playback barely works. Most of the playback recordings doesn't load, only some does. I'm connected to the same wifi as the cctv and it's still the same
