Works pretty well. Sometimes really surprises me by finding obscure albums I didn't think it would, but there have been instances of it not finding the art for some fairly well known albums! It does generally make you watch an ad each time, but that's fair (and sometimes it doesn't make you watch an ad). Adding the letters on the side bar was a big improvement!

This is a great app but has 2 fatal flaws. For one anytime you add album art to an album, it duplicates the genres for all songs in that album, you will have to manually delete the duplicated genres. For two, after adding album art the app takes you to the top of the album list, which would be fine except there is no scroll bar! So you have to manually swipe all the way back to where you left off! For the love of God add a scroll bar, please! Fix these issues and it would be 5 stars easy.

Edit: latest update isn't perfect. I wish it was a little more accurate and I wouldn't have to select the correct album 3rd or more down the list, but all in all it works. For some reason the app works on my tablet with the music on the SD card, but on my phone I get an error stating that I can't edit the file while it's on the SD card. I would need to move it to internal storage. Not only would that be a klunky process.
