I've used this app since my first roborock vacuum about 6 years ago and with my newer roborock. I've always been impressed with both the robot vacuum and the app. For about the last year or so, some of the text in the app doesn't show correctly. Some words seem truncated. Other than that, it still works great!

After the latest update my vacuum robot kept going offline and stop in the middle of cleaning and there's still 50 plus percent battery. Tried pressing the power and home button but nothing works. Only manually return robot to docking station then the power came on. I'm unable to create maps too had been trying all day even to the point of resetting the app and wifi setting. The robot was working fine until the recent update. I love the robot very much. Pls fix the problem.

Every time I have to use this app as well as the whole spectre of the so called smart devices from Xiaomi, I have the most terrible experience I ever had in my whole life! First and the formost the app annoyingly requires your private data, even those that it does not need, it refuses to add officially bought equipment, it works very slow when it does, but often times it doesn't. it refuses to work with vpn services while using unsecured http communication... And I skipped terrible UI flows
