Absurd. Useless. I got this little thermal printer to create labels for a project. The printer is useless without the app because that needed to be a thing. app sucks harder than anything I have ever used. it crashes constantly, the content is missing from the menus and I cannot even use it to print any labels which defeats the entire purpose of installing it. It also tracks a massive amount of data including your location which is required for printing for some inexplicable reason. utter BS.

used to be incredibly helpful for notes and other things, but the main function I've been using it for doesn't work now. it won't let me print pictures on it-- has the preview and apply buttons hidden away. I don't need the frames or stickers, I literally need it for the picture use! worked perfectly before, but idk what changed in the few months! just bought 20 rolls of sticker paper for it, useless now! will change rating if fixed!

Does not print pictures any more. I can choose the photo I want to print, but then nothing happens. The photo doesn't appear on the screen, I cannot edit or print it. Also cannot use other fonts than those already in the app. Several other minor issues, annoying.
