Very impressed with the camera and software. Very intuitive. The written instructions are poor but when you play with the camera and software it's quick to get started. I need to get informed on general trail camera & video terms to make full use of the system. I have mine attached to a camera tripod for ease of changing the placement. Trying to catch a donkey escape route. So it can get knocked over....

Same results as stated by Amanda. Do everything it says to do in setup. if I do anything else on my phone, WITHOUT closing the app at all, when I go back it has to reconnect, with my phone inches away, it still has to reconnect. Turn on notifications in app permissions, never get any notifications, even with high sensitivity. Seems like a useless camera, better off buying another Ring camera and setting it up. Wanted piece of mind for our chicken coop, ended up with a piece of 💩.

app connects, then disconnects, every time, so we barely get images. Have 2 came, same for both. I see no consumer help. phone not the problem, it doesn't turn off any other apps automatically and within minutes every time. I would be happy to contact you via online support but as you can see in the beginning of this review I see no place where there is customer help. so no, I will not be contacting you on online support- where? the whole point was that I could not find support.
