app connects, then disconnects, every time, so we barely get images. Have 2 came, same for both. I see no consumer help. phone not the problem, it doesn't turn off any other apps automatically and within minutes every time. I would be happy to contact you via online support but as you can see in the beginning of this review I see no place where there is customer help. so no, I will not be contacting you on online support- where? the whole point was that I could not find support.

worked great at first- great picture in day and night received on 10-4-25 stopped recording video or still images on Oct. 23rd. started again about 3-4 days later & periodically doesn't record. i can walk in front of it, move it etc & nothing, then other times it works. Batteries are sufficient, memory card has 100% available, I walked in front and green light came on, but it didn't capture anything (sent email in October never heard back).

do not buy. app wasn't as easy to navigated and once you got it to view the area where you set it up , that's all you get. it doesn't store pictures in the gallery on the app and if you walk away from the camera it stops taking live view . the batteries that came with it died in two hours just during set up. ive gone through 3 sets of batteries did a factory reset went back through each step no good. contact with customer service is a joke. it wont take rechargeable batteries its worthless.
