I already emailed your support and followed all the instructions. They only sent basic settings that I already knew, and my issue is still not fixed. I factory reset the camera, set it up again, and updated the firmware. I still receive no push notifications, and 1-minute motion videos are recorded only sometimes. This is very frustrating. Will this be fixed in the next update, or should I factory reset the camera again? Please help

After 2 years, device is no longer working. After plugging it in, there is no longer that voice prompt and it doesn't automatically move anymore. App live chat is also useless. Not totally a waste of money since I have it for 2 years but could have been better if your live agent service is working.

It's completely unacceptable this to have ads because I paid for the camera. Yet now in 2026 this is a spyware opening shoppe popups out of nowhere and every time I turn the ads off in the menu, it turns it back on. Scammers. They're also pasting the clipboard so beware of this app stealing your passwords. Update, they are hiding the turn off ads function inside "media settings". Pathetic scammers.
