Around sept 6th, the viewing of my cameras been lagging or cant view. Happening to all the devices i tried. I tried swapping out my wifi extender, new faster etherner cable, rebooting camera system, rebooting router, even direct connect from router to camera box using ethernet cable still doesnt work. It was great before then now it's not.

The app works well with my cheap Canavis DVR, and I have been using it for years. I recently discovered that the ads (specifically the full-page, unskipable one when you first open the app) can be turned off in the settings which was a huge relief. I never really minded the small banner ads, but being able to disable the startup ad was a major improvement.
