Ratings and reviews

I hate this app. Doesn't work. Alerts are inconsistent and downloading pictures just hangs or takes like 10 minutes a photo. This isn't 1992 with a modem. Flipping to other apps can make this app a blank screen. Seems like no development is done to address these obvious bugs. I guess company doesn't have the ability to develop and QA quality products.

App will almost never load beyond the home screen. I find it difficult to navigate the few times that it does load. Mostly I either don't sign my child in because this app is frustrating, occasionally I ask the ladies at the care centre to sign her in. My wife also finds hers wont load about half the time. The entire time I was writing this there was a loading symbol trying to open the app..... Also the notification seem to come through hours after they are posted in the app.

Love this app, but guys, please fix it 😭 I receive the first push notifications of the day straight away, but later on the day, I get them later (not when they are added).
