the delivery person of this particular app had asked for an extra delivery charge after I shared the OTP. But I refused to pay extra, so he didn't give that products ordered to the person I'm asking for to take. I trust the delivery person, as I was at work so I shared the OTP. It'll be my last in trusting the online shopping app. There's no proper training in hiring the person on how to deal with the customer. Total fraud cases! couldn't even open the app for complaining about it.

the worst app... no response from agent's and customer care.. customer care number and mail id also fake and not reachable and not responding properly my product has to deliver to Lucknow, due to their technical issues after 2 mnths , they said my item was returning to me, but from till now i didn't get my order... now it has been 4 mnths, my item was not returned to me... 😤😡😡😡😡 i recommend not use this delivery services and app also for ur orders... please 🙏🏼🙏🏼 u may miss ur item ..

faced this issue multiple times with this useless courier partner for being 3rd party delivery app 1 star rating is also waste of time to this worthless staff n management no proper response they will wait upto the delivery time without deliver the product to customer even the product is reached before time to nearby warehouse if ask why what they will bloody reasons what's the problem in delivering the item to customer with in the given delivery time if it's already reached to its nearby hub
