They removed support for earlier models. correctly there are only 2 models (the wonder press and f2 models) available for use with the mobile device as it now ONLY supports Bluetooth enabled laser models. My d10 pro, which is less than 2 years old, used to connect, but no longer works and this app is complete garbage to me. I can still see my projects but have no way to SEND them to laser without a PC.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. While the current app focuses on Bluetooth models, your D1 Pro is still supported in the legacy XCS mobile app. You can download it and find the instructions here: https://support.xtool.com/learning-center?node=67aa6dbd-5216-4012-a06f-d21dc6b51848

I have the legacy app on my tablet and it still won't support the f1 that used to be connected with my tablet. Google is trying to kill the ability to download apps that don't originate from the Google app store so it's only going to get worse.

Class Action Bait and Switch Horrible company move. What a miserable company to do something like this. They know the damage it will cause, and likely just sent themselves to bankruptcy. The product purchased was advertised with use of the app to get a photo review, and now you pull it. Snapshot preview no more.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. If you're referring to the photo alignment (snapshot preview) feature for the M1 Ultra, we'd like to let you know it is now supported in xTool Studio. Please update the app to v1.2 and your firmware to 40.41.018. For any questions, feel free to email mobile-support@xtool.com.
