They removed support for earlier models. correctly there are only 2 models (the wonder press and f2 models) available for use with the mobile device as it now ONLY supports Bluetooth enabled laser models. My d10 pro, which is less than 2 years old, used to connect, but no longer works and this app is complete garbage to me. I can still see my projects but have no way to SEND them to laser without a PC.

Class Action Bait and Switch Horrible company move. What a miserable company to do something like this. They know the damage it will cause, and likely just sent themselves to bankruptcy. The product purchased was advertised with use of the app to get a photo review, and now you pull it. Snapshot preview no more.

NEEDS ABILITY TO ADD A VIRTUAL MACHINE. Initially the app looks great. Only gripe is I can only add a physical machine by Bluetooth. If I'm away from my machine, it would be great if I could add a virtual machine to enable full design & preview features available when a physical machine is connected
