the lights are lovely, but I wish it still came with a small remote because the APP DOESN'T WORK. Its been stuck buffering at the "name your lights" screen for over 5 minutes. and if I try to close the app and come back, the lights go "offline" over and over (one time it said they were "online" even when the lights weren't even connected) EDIT: I got that to work, but I can't get the schedule to save.

Horrible experience now, as most others are saying. I can't connect to wifi with my LED lights anymore. I've had these sense 2024. all of a sudden they wont get out of pair mode! 8/2026 so frustrated about it to!!! im convinced its the app. I Uninstalled an reinstalled the monster app! NOTHING changed. lights still stuck in pair mode. Useless, dont recommend monster smart led lights!!!!!! waist of time an money!!! FYI I seen some new LED stip lights that seem great on tictoc for sell!

This app needs a complete overhaul!! I don't think they've updated it since they launched the app. I cannot get the lights paired. I've signed into the app, changed wifi to 2.4ghz, I have the lights 1ft from the router, I reconnect my phone to 2.4ghz signal, repaired with Bluetooth, I enabled all permissions. IT WILL NOT CONNECT ! Buy Philips HUE instead, pricey, but you can actually use it. 🤬
