terrible app I deposited 12,000 to subscribe data, only for me to enter the app and found out I couldn't log in anymore, I deleted the app and installed it back. It still tells me I can't log in even when my password and email are correct ☹️ (You people should work on your app. If it's for me, I'm not using this app anymore, but please work on it for those people who would like to use it)

I credited my yanga app with 3000, so I could recharge my electricity bill.. since yesterday, it has been saying couldn't validate customer name😒, I'm now regretting why I sent the money in the first place, because I can't recharge and I also can't get the money back😐, please you people should fix this error or refund my 3k ejor

i credited my Yanga account with 3500 and I've been debited on my bank app but the money didn't add up in the Yanga app and now I couldn't even login at all and I was trying to reset my password cos I didn't remember it but I don't understand what the app is making me go through, please and please refund my money because that's the only money I have in my account as at now
