I got accidently logged out from the app and now I cannot log in back because everytime I am trying to log in, the app creates new incognito account. So I ended up with whole bunch of accounts with no access to the one with the membership. On top of it, trying to contact support all day long through different means didn't have any success. Now, I lost my account with the curated music playlist thanks to zero customer support!

I just downloaded and went through the movies and series. It's not a huge selection and not so many attractive titles as the other apps. I have other app with cheaper/free subscription that offer we way more variety. It would havr been better to release the app once great amount of movies, series and channels is there, in order to attract audience. You are losing customers before showing what you can offer.

Dear Yango Play Support Team, I have an active Yango Play subscription purchased via Google Play and paid for two months. The subscription is confirmed as Active in Google Play. However, the Yango Play app only allows login via mobile number and does not provide the option to sign in with Google. As a result, my active subscription is not being recognized inside the app, and I have been unable to access the service for several days due to this technical issue.
