Ratings and reviews

It used to be really good, but in my recent experience, had incessant missed bookings, wrong bookings, missed/late payments, especially with flights. The minimal discounts thats offered is not worth the headaches and stress that comes with it. Nonetheless, this is the last time I am using the app and website. Will likely use to screen flights and hotels, but will never again use the same to book anything (not even a pedicure for my dog!)

This is the worst service provider for booking anything, this App is a totally wasteful and they cheat customer. I would recommend no one to use Yatra for any flight, hotel and other booking. They will list all the hotels which they haven't tied up and give confirmation to you. I booked 2 rooms in the hotel and after 1 week they told me the room was not confirmed and they took 1 wk for an alternate hotel and that also not confirmed, again after 1 week they gave only 1 room and said no option.

I read all the comments now I am face the same issue of payment and fed up with this app; it is absolutely pathetic. At the payment gateway, I enter a valid Yatra voucher and it shows as 'successful.' However, the moment I click 'redeem' to book my train ticket, it displays an error of invalid, Isn't it a fraud? kindly fix this issue.
