Ratings and reviews

It used to be really good, but in my recent experience, had incessant missed bookings, wrong bookings, missed/late payments, especially with flights. The minimal discounts thats offered is not worth the headaches and stress that comes with it. Nonetheless, this is the last time I am using the app and website. Will likely use to screen flights and hotels, but will never again use the same to book anything (not even a pedicure for my dog!)

I booked a flight from yatra, and it is showing an unconfirmed ticket. It was mentioned in the ticket that I'll get an update on the ticket within 3 hours, but nothing showed up. We tried calling or reaching out to the but there is no response till now. It's already 3 days. Very bad service. Now they have helped us and provided us with a refund.

The UI of the app is so messy and unclean. It runs heavily with a lot of lag and is outdated. The customer support is of no use at all. A simple email ID correction is taking the team over 20 days. Such is their speed and will to resolve disputes Without my knowledge or consent my booking magically appeared under a group PNR. A booking of two passengers somehow showed 10 Without the possibility of check in and the high risk of cancellation. Wouldn't recommend this platform
