I've tried a ton of mental health apps, and this is the first one that's ever clicked for me. It's gentle, kind, and supportive, with all kinds of options, from an AI cat you can talk to (who will actually give you advice that doesn't make you feel worse) to coaching podcasts to breathing exercises to canned responses to texts and emails for when you just don't have anything to give. It's extra helpful for ADHD-ASD issues. It's got some glitches, but they'll be worked out in time, I'm sure. :)

Absolutely LOVE this app, I really do! However, I found that some of the options for soundscapes will glitch to be other options, like if you click on options 2 or 3 for the audio, it will change the audio to the soundscape at the very top menu, and tapping on options 2 or 3 of positive reflections causes the app audio to stop working. Besides that, talking to shmoody is really great to work through thoughts, I've been meditating a lot more, and overall happy and amazed with the app experience!

The concept is quiet interesting, however, the app crashed for two days during a 7-day trial, which is a lot! I was about to cancel the trial for the reason of not being able to use it enough, but the app offered me to extend the trial, and I accepted it. I was still charged the monthly subscription fee, so my extended trial haven't been applied. I sent a message to a customer support regarding this, haven't heard back yet. Folks need to invest in a Software QA team or expand the existing one.
