I've tried a ton of mental health apps, and this is the first one that's ever clicked for me. It's gentle, kind, and supportive, with all kinds of options, from an AI cat you can talk to (who will actually give you advice that doesn't make you feel worse) to coaching podcasts to breathing exercises to canned responses to texts and emails for when you just don't have anything to give. It's extra helpful for ADHD-ASD issues. It's got some glitches, but they'll be worked out in time, I'm sure. :)

I love this app so far but there have been a few bugs that have made it difficult to use. For example, I made a life goal and once I was done it said the goal date was "N/A" and invalid. When I clicked on it to try and make the day December 30th like it was originally, the whole app crashed and closed. Otherwise I find this app really helpful but the bugs are definitely keeping me from purchasing the premium subscription.

The concept is quiet interesting, however, the app crashed for two days during a 7-day trial, which is a lot! I was about to cancel the trial for the reason of not being able to use it enough, but the app offered me to extend the trial, and I accepted it. I was still charged the monthly subscription fee, so my extended trial haven't been applied. I sent a message to a customer support regarding this, haven't heard back yet. Folks need to invest in a Software QA team or expand the existing one.
