The app works good. The big problem is that when you open the app you have to wait for what seems like hours just to get to your cameras. There are ads you HAVE to watch before seeing your cameras. And if you don't hit the x to exit out just right, it takes you to Playstore to install an app. If you want to see your cameras, if there is an emergency, we'll you are SOL. Very poor design of an app needed for security.

The initial setup was easy. The camera and sound are good quality. However, after the 1st use of the app it went downhill. I have not been able to view my camera anymore, playback are non existent even tho I have the cloud storage. I pondered purchasing one of the higher clouds but it's not worth it. It always says it's not available. I constantly get alerts but can never view it. At this point, it's like I have no camera. I will be purchasing something else.

You can't shut off the sound sensitivity and even frogs trigger it on low; I get an average of 600 sound recordings a day and it's all frogs, birds, passing cars, and heavy rain! If a moth passes, the camera will spin and then stare at the house until I go on the app or manually move it. Now, I can't view any alerts. It's telling me I have missed alerts then only offers a cloud storage subscribe button. I don't need that when I delete every night. Update: More than a month later and no change.
