The initial setup was easy. The camera and sound are good quality. However, after the 1st use of the app it went downhill. I have not been able to view my camera anymore, playback are non existent even tho I have the cloud storage. I pondered purchasing one of the higher clouds but it's not worth it. It always says it's not available. I constantly get alerts but can never view it. At this point, it's like I have no camera. I will be purchasing something else.

The app used to work fine with the camera but wouldn't get much details in sounds. I paid the $60 after 3 day trial but trully regret it. It shows up as "Troubleshoot" several times. I unplug it and plug it again for it to work several times. I didn't make a big deal of it until it completely stopped working. The "Troubleshoot" is still on and unplugging it doesn't work anymore and resetting it doesn't either. The app keeps saying nothing detected.

You can't shut off the sound sensitivity and even frogs trigger it on low; I get an average of 600 sound recordings a day and it's all frogs, birds, passing cars, and heavy rain! If a moth passes, the camera will spin and then stare at the house until I go on the app or manually move it. Now, I can't view any alerts. It's telling me I have missed alerts then only offers a cloud storage subscribe button. I don't need that when I delete every night. Update: More than a month later and no change.
