You can't make the font bigger. Changing the notification tones isn't simple. You can't personalize the tabs by rearranging them to your liking. I miss a lot of notifications because they don't always come through or they disappear in the chat. The texting box doesn't change size. If you have a lot to text you have to try and scroll one line at a time to proof read. This is only the first day of use. I have a feeling there will a lot more issues in the near future. But company policy so........

A couple issues, because it is not actually a phone call, when an actual cellular call comes in, the caller on this system cannot hear me until I reject the other call. Separately, it would be a lot better if I could assign a different ringtone to the whole program and to individual callers. It's annoying that I don't know if it's my personal phone or the system ringing. Finally, it would be awesome if you could set do not disturb time where it automatically becomes available again.

Calls are handled as notifications, not call events. What does this mean? Well notifications are typically delayed, whereas calls come straight through to the device (for example WhatsApp which has no negative impact on the device). Net result? The call ends before the "notification" to answer it comes through on your device. Literally the only work around is to keep your device permanently unlocked with the app open. This is basic functionality that needs to be fixed for Android users.

1. Optimized the feature of forwarding incoming calls to voicemail: The Send to Voicemail button appears on the incoming call screen only if the Voicemail is enabled for your extension.
2. Optimized the network anomaly notifications: The interval of Poor Network Connection notifications is extended from 15 seconds to 30 seconds to reduce pop-up notification frequency during calls under poor network conditions.
