Ratings and reviews

The dashcam is great. It records and takes photos as it should with good resolution and sound. However, I cannot view/transfer any media from the camera to my phone. I tried both IOS and Android with the same result. I can only view them directly on the dashcam, or if I use an external SD card reader. I attempted to download the PC version of the viewer, but the executable file was flagged as suspicious and wouldn't run on my computer. Something must be done to correct all these issues.

It's so hard to pair the app to the camera, the phone will recognize the camera, the camera recognizes the phone but when you click "enter camera" it just loads and loads and loads, then it fails connection but I'll try it again later and it'll work so it's really unreliable what if I need the video in that instant to show police or whatever it just feels like it could be better but the actual video quality and audio quality is amazing !

I give it a - 5 Your camera the app is worthless on an Android cannot connect to the camera it keeps going back to the starting page even though my camera is on Wi-Fi and I cannot see the information at the bottom of the screen because of that white play line in the bottom of it your camera stinks I wish I never bought it. For $100 it's a rip-off the app needs to be the current model of Android totally worthless to me. I wish I could get a refund.
