Ratings and reviews

I've had the tracker for my dog for at least 2 years now, maybe 3. The only problems I've ever had was trying to renew the subscription but I just keep trying until the payment goes through instead of timing out. Their customer service is over FB messenger and it's not at a convenient hour.

If I could give zero stars I would. The device worked just fine during the trial period, then it immediately stopped working when I paid my money for the monitoring subscription. Customer service has been completely unhelpful as they do not keep working hours during standard American work days and if you qant any help it is only in the middle of the night. Do not buy this device or use this app!! Total swindlers

After system update to Android 12, Petbiz fails to load. Do not buy until fixed otherwise it will be useless. Update: It appears the software was corrected and now loads properly. I'm looking forward to it working as it should.
