this app was absolutely awful. I bought 20 gigs in Europe. The main issues I was having is how consistently my phone would lose reception. I constantly had to manually go and pick the access points. I'm literally right in the heart of Lisbon and the amount of stress I had from just trying to make it work was absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't pay because I couldn't get access to the internet I would be stuck at the restaurant trying to pay but I couldn't. I ended up going with another provider.

Came in very handy for my last trip. The issue I ran into is that I couldn't activate the service when I landed. I thought it would automatically connect to the new network but it doesn't. I couldn't complete the activation process until I got to the hotel and connected to the wifi. Now I know to complete the process before I get on the flight to another country while I still have data so it automatically connects when I land. I wish they had said that in the app.

When you buy eSIM you have to download and install it emidiatly, do not wait week or two because you will not be able to download it. Validity of the period for installation is not given. Support is very poor and they will never help you resolve issue. one of the worst eSIM providers what I have tried ever. App UI is confusing, too complicated. many useless features.
