I tried to connect my headphones to my tablet and the layout won't allow me to login, everything is overlapping on the page making it impossible to connect, whereas on the phone there is a password section there is nowhere to input the password on the tablet so it is impossible to login. What an absolute joke, paid for headphones that I can't even use. Absolute scam

Phenomenal.. I don't know what everyone else is experiencing. The app is very well made and very easy to navigate. Had no issues accepting anything nor did I have issues with the eq. My favorite part is that you don't need to make an account, don't need location, or device info. You can simply continue as a guest and pair via Bluetooth. -Bravo to the company who made this app and the headphones...

The app keeps crashing and disconnecting my device, and it also changes my device name. I can’t access the EQ settings page. Please allow me to log in to the app on different devices without having to re-log in every time. Please add a customer service feature in the app. I’m unable to find help when I encounter issues.
