Phenomenal.. I don't know what everyone else is experiencing. The app is very well made and very easy to navigate. Had no issues accepting anything nor did I have issues with the eq. My favorite part is that you don't need to make an account, don't need location, or device info. You can simply continue as a guest and pair via Bluetooth. -Bravo to the company who made this app and the headphones...

Excellent app, easy to use and understand and you can change settings while playing YT music, Spotify etc. Also message to Havit, your earphones are excellent. Light weight, extremely comfortable, can wear for many hours with no soreness on your ears and the sound is excellent. Glad we bought a set each! One small issue. If you are not using the navigation bar on your phone, the buttons cover the agreement tab. You should move the agreement button up to the middle of the screen so people can hit

The app keeps crashing and disconnecting my device, and it also changes my device name. I can’t access the EQ settings page. Please allow me to log in to the app on different devices without having to re-log in every time. Please add a customer service feature in the app. I’m unable to find help when I encounter issues.
