After I enter the app it throws me back to the home screen. So I couldn't even open the app.

The app keeps crashing and disconnecting my device, and it also changes my device name. I can’t access the EQ settings page. Please allow me to log in to the app on different devices without having to re-log in every time. Please add a customer service feature in the app. I’m unable to find help when I encounter issues.
