I am facing a persistent issue with my Ronin R-7050 (Eminence) earbuds. Even though the device is successfully paired via Bluetooth, it does not show up at all in the search results within the official RONIN app. The app remains stuck on the 'Searching for device' screen and eventually displays the error: 'This app is compatible only with new software-based products. Older earbuds are not supported.' It appears that this specific unit has an outdated firmware or software signature that the app

I would like to say that I usually run away from warranty issues, and others probably do too. My Ronin NOX Bluetooth earbuds got Charging iasue. In this regard, I somehow managed to take time and went to their customer center in Saddar, Karachi. I was very surprised when I got there. First, they treated me with cold drinks, and second, they dealt with me very well. Thirdly, they said that you don't need to come; your device will be delivered to your home. I just want my device to be fixed.

Really enjoying this app and the sound quality is great! However, one feature that would make it much better is **showing the exact EQ values (numbers) for each frequency band**. Right now the sliders don’t display numbers, so users have to adjust them by guess. This makes it difficult to recreate a good sound profile or share settings with others. If the app showed something like **+3, -2, +5 dB for each band**, it would help users fine-tune their audio much more precisely.
