I am facing an issue. I bought Ronin Glacier earbuds, but in the Ronin Studio app, the “Add Your Device” option does not detect the earbuds. I waited for more than one hour to see if it would find them, but it still cannot detect them. Why is this happening? please don't say that it's your device's issues it's your app issue please work on it and fix it please that things lose your customers. I have been trying for the last two days, but I keep facing the same issue. I hope you understand....

Great functionality, but the UX is brought down by constant pop-ups. Having to dismiss notifications for New Year's, location permissions, and hardware compatibility every single time is frustrating. The app works well, but it needs a less intrusive way to handle these alerts.

15 jan 2026 update Reply it's still crash i double check application. Honest review earbuds is good but application ronin studio it's sucks too much all the time app crash whenever i use customs equaliser plus location of the earbuds isn't correct. much need to upgrade your application. plus earbuds software is not upgraded when i try to upgrade the application crash it's self. lol
