⭐ 1 Star Review The sound and EQ quality of Ronin Bluetooth devices is extremely disappointing. The EQ simply doesn’t work properly — increasing just one instrument drastically lowers the volume of everything else. Even after setting all instruments to full, the audio remains flat and unbalanced. The default EQ settings are also useless, and there are no software updates available to fix these issues. Overall, the sound performance is nowhere near acceptable, and it feels like a complete waste

I can’t even open the app on my device. Every time I launch it, it shows a blank white screen for a couple of seconds and then closes on its own. My RONiN Glacier earbuds connect to my phone normally, but the app itself refuses to load. Please fix this — it’s unusable right now.

There is a minor glitch in the app on Android devices. When we first connect the Bluetooth and then open the Studio app, it only displays a loading icon indicating "connecting," but it does not progress further. To resolve this, we must disconnect the Bluetooth, reopen the app, and then reconnect the Bluetooth, after which it loads fine. Please fix this issue for Android devices. Meanwhile, I tested it on an iOS device, and it works perfectly there.
