one star review because I have been using the Ronin R520 for the last 2 years, and they are really great AirPods. However, even though they are software-based, they are not connecting to the Ronin Studio app. There is also another issue: during voice recordings, the left AirPod microphone works and my voice is clear, but during phone calls, my voice does not go through. This means the microphone is fine, but there seems to be a software issue. Kindly help resolve this problem.

Stuck in an infinite "Searching for device" loop. My Ronin R-7050 Eminence earbuds connect perfectly to my phone's standard Bluetooth for music and calls, but this app completely fails to detect them. I have granted every single permission (Location, Nearby Devices), cleared app data, reinstalled, and restarted my phone, but nothing works. It just spins forever.

Even though the device is successfully paired via Bluetooth, it does not show up at all in the search results within the official RONIN app. The app remains stuck on the 'Searching for device' screen and eventually displays the error: 'This app is compatible only with new software-based products. Older earbuds are not supported.' It appears that this specific unit has an outdated firmware or software signature that the app

The Eminence series has two variants: software-based and non-software-based.
If your earbuds are software-based, they will connect with the RONiN Studio app. Older or non-software versions are not supported by the app, which is why they don’t appear in device search.
