About this app

See everything your photos and videos are actually carrying: the camera, the lens, the settings, the timestamps, and the coordinates.

WHAT IT READS
• File — name, size, type, dimensions, created and modified dates
• Capture — date, time and time zone the shot was taken
• Camera — make, model, software
• Settings — exposure time, f-number, ISO, focal length, flash, white balance, metering mode, exposure program, exposure compensation
• Lens — make, model, focal length
• Location — latitude, longitude, altitude
• Video — duration, bitrate, frame rate, codec, HDR format
• Audio — codec, channels, sample rate
• XMP and IPTC — artist, copyright, rating, keywords

BROWSE AND FIND
Photos, videos and albums in one place. Search, filter by type, sort by date taken, date modified, name or size.

TAKE IT WITH YOU
Export the metadata of any file as JSON, CSV or plain text, or copy a single field with one tap. Share the export straight to another app.

READ-ONLY, ON PURPOSE
This app never modifies your files. It cannot edit or strip metadata. It opens, reads and shows — your originals are untouched.

TRANSLATED PROPERLY
Not just the buttons: the metadata values themselves are translated. "Aperture priority", "Centre-weighted", "Daylight" appear in your language, not in English.

PRIVACY
• Reads only the photos and videos you grant access to
• No internet permission at all — nothing can be uploaded
• No ads, no analytics, no accounts

LANGUAGES
Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish, switchable inside the app.

Requires Android 7.0 or later.
See the EXIF, XMP and IPTC details in photos and videos. Read-only, no internet.

- Numbers and dates, including in copied text, follow your language's style.
- Location shows direction; CSV export adds direction and GPS date and time.
- On Android 12 and older, flash and white balance update when you change language.
- Themed icon on Android 13 and newer.
