Mostly good, however I wish it would cache parking spots or update them better. I always have trouble finding nearby parking spots at my destination or if I have to move the map around. If your connection is weak, you won't even see nearby parking spots without closing and reopening the app. Rewards program doesn't actually have bag available for 2000 points even though it's listed. You won't know until you try to redeem and ask support. Easy to report damage or bike locking issues.

The app actually works pretty well for me. So far the bikes have unlocked flawlessly, and I've been able to return them without any issues. I'd prob write a more comprehensive review elsewhere. One thing to watch out for: if you buy a ride pass, auto renew is turned ON by default. Go to your profile, tap "Credits", click on the pass, to turn off auto renew. I took away one star because I feel that making it auto renew by default and making it hard to find to turn off scummy.

Was a regular pass buyer, but I do not see myself renewing after my current one expires. Experience has been getting worse due to many problems such as 1. Lack of bikes, especially in residential areas. Have to keep roaming around area to find. 2. GPS very inaccurate, bike is rarely where its icon is on the map. Bikes on map also frequently missing irl. 3. Very poor bike quality. Frequently unable to unlock and use bikes because it's spoilt, and those that I use, 75% are damaged in some way.
