The app actually works pretty well for me. So far the bikes have unlocked flawlessly, and I've been able to return them without any issues. I'd prob write a more comprehensive review elsewhere. One thing to watch out for: if you buy a ride pass, auto renew is turned ON by default. Go to your profile, tap "Credits", click on the pass, to turn off auto renew. I took away one star because I feel that making it auto renew by default and making it hard to find to turn off scummy.

The tires are extremely hard, there was no docket to put phone for navigation, or even bell to warn pedestrian when they were almost running into a bicyclist. Lack of availability in all area, charges for being parked at some place so the bike won't get stolen. It's really not a tourist-bike-rental friendly. I don't even think they'll refund my money back. Really poor design, unlike the ones in Europe are MUCH better!

Tired it for the first time and this happened. Unable to scan qr to return the bike. Something about not in the radius of lot. Had to go next blk to park. Tried a few times Had 2 mins left b4 my next 30mins blk. Thus I was charged the next dollar just to go to the next blk to park. App unable to detect my exact loction..no way to drop pin once the bike is locked to the right destination. So need to use the find my parking tab b4 you anyhow park.
