Total failure. I ordered a taxi (with my family) and the app showed the price as 280 new SYP after discount. When the taxi came, the driver told me that the price would be 500 after discount). I told the driver the app showed much less price, so he made a call with the responsible person and both confirmed 500 because the app don't consider "far countryside". I refused and canceled the order. Simply, ordered through another app the price without discount was 480. Please, respect!!!

Worst taxi app ever! Most captains scam people and charge more than required and when we inform the support team, they simply don't do a thing! Unfriendly UI and over-priced compared to other apps. إذا بدك تتخورف، زاكن أفضل اختيار الك.

Unfortunately, you have bad trips' management. As, how on earth your supervisor changed the cost for a trip by a telephone call to the driver, while the other car which run along with the first one had charged just as per as your application.. !! Without any explanation, it's shame on you and I will not use your services again.
