​I am extremely disappointed with Zalora's app and customer service team after a terrible experience with a wrong order. Although the seller accepted my return request and has already received the returned package, the app status failed to update, and customer service subsequently denied the return by claiming I cannot request a return for an incorrect item. As a result, I am now left without both the product and my money. Terrible.

Can no longer shop here. Facebook login is just redirecting to mobile browser view of facebook , nothing happens on the app, no error messages just remains on the login screen - and it is still happening on this latest version

Please train your courier teams on how to handle return parcels. Every time I return an item, the couriers seem to follow a different process. For ex., one rider tore open the entire Zalora package to inspect the items, then left and came back to ask for three signatures. After leaving again, he returned once more to ask me to sign across the package. He later admitted that he had only learned the return process through TikTok.
