Pls screen your models. I saw one of the model with some kind of a skin allergies. Saw it clearly on the lower butt portion. Its very grose to see. I dunno if the item is sanitized after models wore the items. The model is chinese looking wearing something borrowed top ( white double cuff wrap back shirt) emailed zalora already but no response.
Prmbayaran belum bsa instant payment like BCA virtual account or Klikpay, tmasih transfer manual.. Aneh udah pake kode unik, udah disuruh input berita no invoice, masih harus konfirmasi manual, bad system.. What an ineffective way to pay!
First time zalora buyer.. Was cautious due to previous reviews but was not disappointed... First time premium item was ecco original discounted for almost 50%... What can I say? ... I'm happy item is 100% original and excellent quality ... Can you say next day delivery? Wow... Very satisfied user... Thanks Zalora. Just a suggestion though... Maybe add functionality for adding reviews to sellers? Or way to ask questions about the products... Anyway, good job and keep it up!
I just received my parcel , the product quality was fantastic, however its way too big for me. Just processed return and exchange...and Ive just received an sms confirmation about it. Im so glad, i will definitely give 5 stars if the exchange process wont give me stress.
The app used to have no issue, but now it's annoying and most of the time unresponsive. Stupid app, better access Zalora on a browser.
We purchased an Osprey Farpoint 55 backpack. The purchase went through successfully. But when we receoved the package, they sent us an Osprey Kyte 36! So we cantacted their CS, and we were informed to waitfpr a feedback 24-48 hours. When they replied back, they are now informing us that there are no available stocks for that item anymore. 1st, the transaction would not have gone througg successfully if the item was out of stock. 2nd, i checked backed in their products and they renamed the item to Osprey Fairpoint 55, which Osprey company should receive a report about. We expect for this issue to be resolved, if not, a formal complaint will be submitted to DTI. This has wasted so much of our time already and we do need the backpack for our upcoming trip.
