Ratings and reviews

it's been almost 2 weeks and there's still zero updates on my order's shipping or it's location. UPDATE: The order still hasn't arrived and there's zero help from Zalora! Is this app a scam? The only "help" they gave was offering to cancel the order which doesn't help me whatsoever because it's a gift for someone and I am still owed what I paid for!

The delivery is very slugish and very delayed even the updates and customer service is very poor, you can't connect to them easily. My order was still ON PROCESS even though it lapsed my date of delivery. They haven't prepared my order even after the delivery date. When i finally reached them,I instructed them to cancel my order since it was very delayed already yet they still push it through without confitming it to me.I suggest to go to your specific brand app and order there.

I ordered from this app and they gave out a tracking number that doesn't exist. Everytime I try to type in the tracking number they sent it says no order information found. No one is also answering on the app everytime I ask for a live agent. its been 10 days since I placed the order and still no parcel yet.
