​I am extremely disappointed with Zalora's app and customer service team after a terrible experience with a wrong order. Although the seller accepted my return request and has already received the returned package, the app status failed to update, and customer service subsequently denied the return by claiming I cannot request a return for an incorrect item. As a result, I am now left without both the product and my money. Terrible.

App keeps on sending marketing notifications despite turning them off in-app while you dont even get a push notification for the status of your return item. Item size for clothes is not included in the cart view.

App hangs if you try to add in partner rewards - no fix in the update. Gives a message saying wait for a fix from developer. App does not publish negative reviews. I bought earrings that are non returnable and obviously fake once I received them & saw how flimsy and poor quality they are despite claiming to be from a luxe brand. My review was never published. Buyer beware!
