Please train your courier teams on how to handle return parcels. Every time I return an item, the couriers seem to follow a different process. For ex., one rider tore open the entire Zalora package to inspect the items, then left and came back to ask for three signatures. After leaving again, he returned once more to ask me to sign across the package. If you want us to sign the parcels with signatures then include that in the return instructions.

Can no longer shop here. Facebook login is just redirecting to mobile browser view of facebook , nothing happens on the app, no error messages just remains on the login screen - and it is still happening on this latest version

be careful shopping online in Zalora app!! they did not provide full information about particular seller/product. I just bought pair of sandal and turned out exchange is not possible due to rules from seller Payless.... this hurts consumers shopping experience. really disappointing...
