Using SPH issued tablet (samsung galaxy tab A, SM-T510) with latest app update, using reading downloaded "Print" version with internet connected. 1) keeps showing Error msg: "Something went wrong during the download. Please try again later". Actually the "print version" of paper is downloaded successfully. 2) app keeps crashing. Either Screen freeze, or blank page, or not loading content Please address these issues. Thank you.

It's ridiculous that the subscriber has to write in or call in just to cancel a digital only subscription in this day and age. Every other respectable subscription allows users to just cancel the subscription directly from account management. Looks like a ploy to lock subscribers in by making it hard to cancel, not to mention stacked terms like needing 30 days notice.

Ever since the latest update in Jan 2026, the app is SUPER BUGGY AND LAGGY to the point I can't even read the news anymore. It loads for 30 seconds only to crash after that. It crashes consistently be it in the morning, afternoon, evening, regardless of location. Ridiculous. Previous versions were fine.
